Is there a minimum contract?
No. On the monthly plan you cancel whenever you want. On quarterly or yearly plans, cancel with 30 days notice. You can cancel by WhatsApp or email.
How long until I can send messages?
Meta approval takes 4 to 15 days, including the verification of your business on Facebook. Our team supports you along the way, and you can hire our setup service so we do it for you.
What does Meta charge?
Meta bills messages per message, at its own price list, directly in your Business Manager. Each number gets 1,000 delivered service messages per month for free. The WAnode plan does not include Meta charges.
Can I bring my number from another provider?
Yes. Meta lets you move a number from another official API provider, keeping the display name and the approved templates. Our team guides the migration.
Do I get the green check mark?
Meta only grants the official business account badge to notable brands. We help you apply, but nobody can guarantee approval.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe for cards and other international methods. In Brazil we also accept PIX and boleto and issue an invoice to your CNPJ.

Our documentation has step by step guides in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and our team answers on WhatsApp.
